About Microfiber Leather
Microfiber Leather is a new high-tech products in the international artificial leather field. It is woven as a high-density non-woven fabric with a three-dimensional network structure by huge fasciculate super fine fibers (0.05 denier in size) which are very similar as collagen fibers in genuine leather.
Microfiber leather almost has all the features and advantages of genuine leather. It is even better than genuine leather in physical strength, chemical resistance, moisture absorption, quality uniformity, shape conformal, automatic cutting processing adaptability, etc. It has become the international artificial leather development trend.
Application Applications: According to the customer’s requirement, the thickness can be produced from 0.5mm to 2.0mm. It now is widely used in footwear, bags, clothes, furniture, sofa, decoration, gloves, car seats, car interiors, photo frame, photo album, notebook cases, electronic products package and daily necessities, etc.

Handling and Storage
1. Products should be stored in the air circulation warehouse. Should keep away from damp, extrusion, heat and should keep antimould effect. Products can be stored for 6 months from the date of production. 2. Keep away from dust, damp, sunlight and high temperature. 3. Keep away from acid, alkali, organic solvents, nitrogen oxides and sulfides. 4. Separate suede products of different color to avoid dyeing. 5. Colored suede should be fully tested before be matched with other materials. 6. Keep away from the ground at least 30cm to prevent ground moisture. Better to seal up with plastic film.
